Typically this is your name, your WhatsApp number, and the travel details needed to prepare your arrangement: dates, times, pickup and drop-off, flight, passenger and luggage numbers, vehicle preference, language and any special requirements. An email address is optional.

We do not ask for, or store, payment card details on this website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build marketing profiles about you.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to understand your request, prepare options, and respond to you. Your information may be shared with the chauffeur, hotel or partner needed to fulfil a service you have asked us to arrange — and only as much as is needed to do so.

When you choose to send an enquiry over WhatsApp, that message is delivered through WhatsApp (Meta) and is subject to their terms and privacy practices, as with any WhatsApp message you send.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship with you, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
