These terms describe how Traveluxe London works as a service. They are written to set clear expectations, not to overwhelm you.

Our role

Traveluxe London arranges and coordinates luxury travel services — airport transfers, private chauffeurs, VIP airport assistance, private tours, hotel and apartment support, and lifestyle concierge requests. Some services are delivered directly; others are arranged on your behalf with trusted partners and providers.

Enquiries and confirmation

An enquiry — whether sent through our form or on WhatsApp — is a request, not a confirmed booking. Our operations team reviews every request personally and replies with options. A service is only confirmed once we have agreed the details with you in writing. We never auto-confirm a journey we haven't checked.

Where passenger numbers or luggage require a different vehicle, we will advise the right option before confirming.

Pricing

Prices depend on the service, dates, vehicle and itinerary, and are quoted to you on enquiry. Pricing for VIP airport services, including the Heathrow Windsor Suite, is provided privately on request. Quoted prices are confirmed with you before any arrangement is finalised.

Third-party services

Hotels, serviced apartments, VIP airport facilities, the Heathrow Windsor Suite, restaurants and similar are operated by third parties. We arrange and support these on your behalf, but their availability, rates, access and operating decisions remain with the provider. We confirm availability and rates with you before anything is booked, and do not guarantee third-party availability in advance.

Changes and cancellations

Flights move and plans change — we understand that and accommodate where we can. Specific change and cancellation terms depend on the service and any partner involved, and are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
